Thanks for sharing! I also live in TX and have a great OB. We started moving this past weekend, but thankfully it was only 2 miles away (since I'm due in 4 weeks) so I got to keep the same dr.

I feel so frustrated for Mom's who had 2 natural births only to wind up with a c-section. After a c-section doesn't your modesty go out the window? I had the greatest chuckle at hubby delivering baby #2. Glad the doctor reconsidered.

I love these stories! My #1 was about 7 hours, text book. My #2 was seriously about 40 minutes, he was born in the car, 5 minutes away from the hospital that was only 15 minutes away from my house. I went to bed 1 week overdue and barely dilated at 2 am. I woke up at 4:30 am dreaming I was having contractions. I was and got dressed and could barely make it to the car, but still thought I'd have a good couple hours. Nope. He was comin and he was comin' now! He still does everything like that. When he's ready, it's full bore and as fast as he can!

What fun...I love comparing stories..although I must admit that I usually win when it comes to length of time - and who doesn't like to "win". lol My time for baby #1 - 90 hours 22 minutes! :) I added this to my blog as well!

Janis

That was fun! I did it too :) How is it that we go thru all that and then want to do it again? LOL!

I can't believe that the begging and threatening worked! Here in Canada they just pat our hands and ignore our whining. LOL.

Thanks for sharing your stories.
