How can you go wrong with a motto like that?
The other day I dashed out the door as soon as my hubby walked in. We high-fived as I said, “Dinner is in the oven, I’ll be back in 30 minutes. Keep everyone alive.” I left on the premise of filling a prescription. And that was the truth, it needed to be filled.
But to be honest, I needed the 30 minutes to wander up and down the aisles of Walgreens and hope the pharmacy wasn’t caught up.
I found my happy place reading greeting cards.
I know. It doesn’t get more exciting than that.
But, seriously, I’ve always loved cards. I usually just read the funny ones. But I bought FIVE cards to send to some special gals in my life.
I discovered Hallmark’s new line, The Edge of Motherhood.
One word for y’all: Hilarious.
