It’s sort of a long [home decor] story.
But, I love stories don’t you?
For months, lo years, I kept seeing this eye-catching, beautiful inspirational art popping up in different places: the tiny gift store at Family Camp,
a random shop along the beach,
in a friend’s home.
It took me awhile to put two-and-two together. Because I’m quick like that. It dawned on me that one company, called Glory Haus was producing the art I had fallen in love with (but had yet to own).
Until now:
When I made the epiphany and discovered that Glory Haus was a growing, amazing company owned by moms, I knew I had to share them with you.
They sent me this beautiful piece of art to hang. I cried when I read it:

I looked at the long list of options and found many to like, but was immediately drawn to the “sisters.” I am lucky to have two and they both mean the world to me. Just eleven months after starting our own business I was diagnosed with breast cancer. Both of my sister journeyed across the country to be with me during my weeks of chemo to run the business since I felt lousy. They gave up vacation time from work and left their families to fend for themselves to be with me. Both are great photographers and I think for each of us to have a frame with photos of the three of us together would be just perfect.

I LOOOOOVE the peg boards they have. I’m thinking I need one for my laundry room. I was going to by a plain ole one at Target, but after seeing those, I don’t think I can!
I’m not sure I can pick a favorite–I LOVE everything!! But if I absolutely had to pick, I really like the “God Has Great Plans”canvas–something I often need to remind myself!

I just spent an hour surfing their site! I love them all but I think my favorite is the Treasured Children Canvas Collection with the Deutoronmy verse. Perfect for both my boys and girl.

Oh my goodness. There is no way I could pick just one item. I think I’ve already seen 20 things that I love. I especially love the “Our God is mighty to save” canvas as that is my daughter’s favorite verse. The crosses are gorgeous too.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Glory Haus. And I kind of found them the same way you did. Saw this awesome art around at different places. Then one day at the bookstore at Lake Junaluska Conference Center I looked on the back of the piece of art and found the name and then googled them.
I long for MANY, MANY of their pieces. I would like to get the canvas with the ship on it for my sons’s room and the canvas with the purse and pearls for my girls. I would love the one that they sent you for myself and the one that’s about marriage takes work!!!!

Must I pick just one??? I love everything! But… if I must pick one it would be the “As for me and my house” board. One of my fave Scriptures.
IN LOVE WITH all the new collegiate line – at some point I WILL have all the UGA stuff!! Also love the boards for every season. And really, EVERYTHING!
I love the birthday plate. I like to try to make birthdays special because my two boys have birthdays two weeks apart and so far have always had a joint party. On their actual birthday we try to do something to make it personal and special.
I love the How to Really Love a Child and the Marriage Plate. All of their stuff is so great~
I have several Glory Haus products in my house but I think my favorite so far is the “How to Really Love a Child” canvas. That canvas hangs in my son’s bedroom and as I rock him in my arms and sing to him before putting him in his crib at night I find myself quietly reading it to myself. Without fail it serves as a reminder that maybe sometimes I’m a little bit too hard on my kids. I know I say “no” too frequently, maybe sometimes it’d be good to let them rummage through the pots and pans and make a 3 piece band.. There are lots of reminders that make me smile and by the time I put my baby to bed, say goodnight and open his door to walk out and greet my daughters I feel like I’ve been mildly refreshed and more aware of the beauty and freedom of being a child.
Oh… I really like the “Bless the Lord, Oh my soul Canvas” , but the Art of Marriage and How to really love a child are so sweet… it is too hard to pick just one!
It is hard to pick a favorite! But the “how to love a child” is fantastic.
My favorite Glory Haus piece is a little ceramic cross from the EARLY days- back before it was technically Glory Haus. (does that count? I sure hope so!!) Before Glory Haus “hit it big” some friends of the owner/artist were selling things at the Mother-Daughter luncheon at my sorority house in Athens, GA. I fell in love with this cross immediately and scooped it up! Little did the friends that were selling these wonderful wares know that the cross was just a display and intended to go to the artist’s mother in law. Well, now it belonged to me! What makes this story great is that now the family that was intended to have the cross are my dear, dear friends. The mother in law is like a spiritual mother to me and her children have become some of the most influential people in my life! So we laugh at the fact that I’m that random girl that got the cross 12 years ago! I’m so amazed at how the Lord has taken the small beginnings of something great and totally grown it into something really incredible! I love that I now see Glory Haus in stores 4 states away and I get to say “I know these people!”. And for me, it all began with a sweet little ceramic cross!
I fell in love with the Glory Haus site. I would absolutely love to have the “God Has Great Plans” canvas. My 15 year old daughter’s favorite scripture is Jeremiah 29:11-13. The colors on the canvas match her room perfectly, too.
I love Glory Haus! I have been looking at the Treasured Possession – Girl Canvas for a while now. Would love to have it for my daughter’s room!!

My two favorites are the “God has Great Plans canvas and “The Art of Marriage” canvas! I love everything Glory Haus. I give it as gifts all the time. I just recently gave “The Art of Marriage” canvas to a friend as a wedding gift and she has made it the centerpiece of her living room!

I love the “God Has Great Plans” canvas. As a mom of two pre-teen girls trying to remind them that God created them just the way they are (even shorter than everyone in 7th grade), I think it will be perfect to hang in their rooms by the door so they can see it each day as they go and come! My favorite piece is the Art of Marriage. It hangs in our dining area and reminds my husband and I every day what it means to love each other. There have been a few times that during an argument I will walk by, see, it, read it, and remember what is really important. I loved so many things, but my favorite I saw was the cowboy ball Christmas ornament!!! I have a 3 yr old who loves cowboys and we buy our boys an ornament every year and he would love that one!!!

Gosh, I just love everything! I would love to be able to give one of the items in the “friends” collection to each member of my small group, though. They are an incredible group of women, and I don’t do nearly enough to show them how much they mean to me!
I love the “God has Great Plans” Wall Canvas. It reminds me of Jeremiah 29:11 which is my daily reminder that God knows better than I and that He truely does have a plan for me. As I deal with daily trials and tribulations I keep this scripture on the tip of my tongue. It gets tough sometimes.

Oh…it just takes my breath away! I just love, love this! I would probably pick “how to love your children.” A gentle reminder every day would be good, especially when life gets chaotic! As an English speaking person living in a different culture, I often feel deprived of good English inspirational art! I would just love to be able to browse and just choose something!

They are all SOOOOOO beautiful – what’s not to love about them!!! I see things I would love to give everyone I know AND its a company owned by moms – how can we not support that. I really loved the Child of God crosses – this is what I have to remind myself of when my 3 year old misbehaves, that he is a precious child of God who blesses me everyday with his love, smile & the joy he finds in the everyday.

I LOVE the ‘God has great plans’ canvas (need one for all three of my kids), the As for me and my house board, and the child of God Canvas. Here in South Korea, we can’t really hang much on the cinderblock walls, but canvases are light enough to put on the command strip hooks we have. It’s all so precious! I love the tile for children with Joshua 1:9 “Be strong and courageous…” This was my father-in-law’s favorite verse. He left us for Heaven on Dec. 18, 2007, and we remember him every day. I encourage our children with this verse. Our cowgirl would love this in her room !!!

I love all of them. I love the marriage saying. All the vibrant colors are so warming and pretty. I have the coat hanger that says “May the Lord Bless and Keep you”. I have asked for more pictures for christmas. I am also considering buying some for Christamsa gifts. I love to see people share God in things that you can display in your home to be a witness to others that may visit.
I love the “HOme is where your story begins.” It made me get goose bumps, thinking of my two children, and even my own childhood and all the memories, the smells, etc… I wish everyone could have such good memories of their home.

Some of my faves are Home is Where My Story Begins hanging in my foyer, These are some of mu favorite things in my kids’ bath, How to really love a child in the playroom and the happy fall ya’ll frame. The Christmas ornaments are just beautiful and so are the tiles. One of my best friends gave me a friend tile that is soooo special.

We recently purchased a lake house, and I love the lake collection! When a dear friend died of breast cancer, we decided to wait no longer to move toward buying the house. It has been a blessing for our family.
