Thankful Heart

I love Thanksgiving. I don’t like to rush through it to get to Christmas.

I’m going to savor it and try my best to live in gratitude for all that He has given me.

And I’m going to eat a lot of pecan pie.

I’m going to take a break for a few days…

and just pop in here later with some links to posts I’ve written elsewhere.

I’m so thankful for you: for joining me in this life’s journey, for loving mercy so well. Blessings to you.

Love it…enjoy a nice break. I, too, like to savor Thanksgiving before concentrating on Christmas. Everyone is in such a hurry to get to the Christmas part of the “Holidays”. This year trying to concentrate on the Thankful “To” and not just the Thankful “For”…Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow of turning. – – James 1:17 Happy Thanksgiving!!

Kristen, you have touched my life in a deep way … this year. I am so thankful God brought me to you this past spring. So much more than connecting you and I… He connected so much more. So often we do not see the bigger picture… most times and the past 2 months have been a “journey” for me. I am so grateful. God let me…. see a glimpse of His glory.

May you have a blessed Thanksgiving. We have pecan pie here too!

    I love you much,

Thank you so much for this ‘jog’ to remember what is really important. Although I am from Canada and our Thanksgiving is in October, we also like to celebrate again with our American friends.

    Enjoy your Thanksgiving …
