WFMW: Roll It Up {Intentional Thanksgiving}

I’m so excited to try this for Thanksgiving dinner tomorrow!

Write down tiny notes, wrap in foil, place inside rolls, bake….

Be thankful.

Thanksgiving Challenge: Day 23

I am thankful for my kids. They fill my life and bring me joy. They make me laugh every day. Every.Day.

My tips to an intentional Thanksgiving:

  • Prepare as much as you can beforehand.
  • Don’t get caught up in the pressure and fuss of creating a perfect day.
  • Enjoy the people you share it with. Let them know why you’re thankful for them.
  • Make your life about thanksliving, don’t reserve thankfulness for just one day.

What works for you?

    That’s a neat idea! We usually use store bought rolls for Thanksgiving (the one time a year we buy them — I’m sure there must be some reason for that that makes sense), but I’ll have to try it some other night when I am baking.

    What a neat idea! I always make butterhorns so this will be perfect. My first attempt at linking my WFMW I linked back to your post. (#7)… forehead slap!

    We spend so many Holidays with family, my husband and I enjoy Thanksgiving with just us and our son. It works for us! Christmas and Easter on the other hand are large crowds of family :)

    Thanks for hosting! I posted a recipe for apple cake with fresh apples which can be a great recipe for the Thanksgiving holiday. I also posted a profile for a great fall fruit, pomegranate.

    Great advice. For me when it comes to holidays I think the best thing is, do not forget your time with God first. We can get so caught up in the rush and plans that we forget to spend time with Him.

    Thank you so much for doing another link party~I linked up two of my current projects-my DIY Cheap Produce Cleaner and my Vintage Lace Fall Wreath. Hope it’s ok that I did two of my projects at once! Happy Thanksgiving and thanks again!

    Those are AWESOME!!! How fun! I think I’d eat more rolls just to do that……that’s my story and I’m sticking to it. ;-)
